Complaints and Disputes for Small Customers

Envestra is required to handle a small customer’s complaint or dispute in accordance with Envestra’s Standard Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedures.  A copy of Envestra’s Standard Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedures can be downloaded here.

 If a small customer is not satisfied with Envestra’s response to a complaint or dispute, the small customer has the right to refer the complaint or dispute to the Energy and Water Ombudsman (SA) by calling 1800 665 565 (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm); faxing 1800 665 165; e-mailing contact@ewosa.com.au; completing an online complaint form at www.ewosa.com.au or writing to GPO Box 2947 Adelaide SA 5001.
